Vanic's gets it DONE! Initially met with Tyler, we discussed my plans for our front yard and he said that he would email an estimate the next day...next day arrived and so did his estimate. We approved and a week later his team arrived did prep-work for new large shrubs, installation of new plants plus mulching landscape beds. Vanic's crew was professional and polite. Work area was cleaned up beautifully. From start to finish a pleasant experience.
A neighbor of mine recommended Vanic's to me for a palm tree replacement that didn't survive the recent freeze. Tyler responded to my request for a quote the same day, made an appointment to meet me quickly and was very helpful when selecting the replacement tree and offered other services that enhanced the overall project. True professional contractor that shows pride in his work and an exceptional crew finished the job.
We aren’t even finished with our project yet and Vanic’s has been incredible. 10/10 on communication, timeliness, professionalism, and price. I was worried we’d have a hard time getting someone for our project that is a little on the smaller side, but they were immediately responsive, came and did a free estimate, and have been fantastic through the whole process so far.

Tyler and his crew were amazing. They managed to keep the grass clipping out of our pool which takes extra time to do that since we only have a 3 foot border of pavers around it. The entire yard look great thanks Tyler.

Crews do an outstanding job and are very friendly! I also use Vanic for seasonal clean-up of planting beds and bush trimming, and they’re meticulous!
If a small problem occurs it is quickly taken care of. I also receive messages if necessary.

Tyler is a sharp business man. One of his employees damaged my fence while mowing and I didn’t know until the fence company showed up to repair it. I didn’t have to stress or even ask him to repair anything, he just did it! Great company!

Tyler and his crew did an amazing make-over of our landscaping. We wanted to replace the dated plants and black rubber edging. He worked with us discussing various options and really listening to the vision we had making it even better than we could have imagined! It was extensive work including French drains, stone walls, patio extensions rock beds and lush landscaping. All presented and approved by the HOA. Many neighbors have complimented us and the crew as the transformation was underway and since. We highlight recommended Vanic for all your lawn and landscaping needs.
